PRIVACY POLICY
PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY FIRST, LAWYER TEXT BELOW
No accounts, no analytics, no cookies, and nothing uploaded — the games you play and your save states stay in your browser's local storage on your own device.
1. NO ACCOUNTS, NO ANALYTICS, NO COOKIES
OldGamesHub has no user accounts, no analytics, and sets no cookies. We do not collect or transmit any personal data. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to.
2. GAME FILES AND SAVES
Game files you play here and any save state you create stay in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on your own device. They are never uploaded to us or to any server. You can delete them at any time using the delete controls in the app, or by clearing your browser's site data for oldgameshub.com.
Your local-library search text, sorting and save-state filter are remembered on this device separately for each platform. These preferences stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Clear search and Show all files reset the corresponding filters; clearing this site's browser data also removes the saved preferences.
3. THIRD-PARTY REQUESTS
The browser emulator used to run games is loaded from the EmulatorJS CDN. Requests for those static emulator assets are the only third-party network requests this site makes. They do not carry your game files or save data.
