A free, open-source city-building simulation for the Game Boy Color by developer Antonio Niño Díaz. Players zone residential, commercial, and industrial areas, manage a budget, and respond to citizen needs on a scale unusual for the hardware. Its complete source code is published under the GPLv3 license.
